Megan Norris believes every home has a story, and every client deserves an agent who will advocate for them every step of the way. As a REALTOR® with New Direction Real Estate, she combines compassion, creativity, and strong negotiation skills to help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals with confidence.

Licensed since 2021, Megan serves clients throughout East Tennessee, with a primary focus on Sevier, Knox, Blount, Cocke, Jefferson, and Hamblen Counties. While she enjoys working with both buyers and sellers, she has developed a particular passion for helping homeowners prepare, market, and sell their properties. From the first consultation through closing day, Megan is committed to making the process organized, stress-free, and rewarding.

A lifelong East Tennessean, Megan was born in Sevier County and raised throughout the Sevierville, Dandridge, and Jefferson City areas. She earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, where she developed a strong understanding of communication, relationships, and human behavior. Today, she applies those skills to help clients navigate negotiations, understand buyer motivations, and make confident decisions throughout the real estate process.

Before beginning her real estate career, Megan spent six years as an Assistant Manager with LOFT Outlet, where she developed a reputation for exceptional organization, customer service, and visual merchandising. Her eye for color, design, and presentation continues to benefit her clients today, whether she's helping sellers stage their home for listing photos, recommending simple improvements that enhance buyer appeal, or offering decorating ideas that help clients envision a property's full potential.

Megan also spent six years as Property Manager for Smoky Mountain Overnight Rentals, overseeing guest relations, scheduling, maintenance coordination, and daily operations for vacation rental properties. That experience provided valuable insight into investment properties and the unique opportunities available throughout the Smoky Mountain region. In recognition of her dedication to customer service, she received the 2022 Lodging Employee of the Year Award from the Sevier County Hospitality & Tourism Alliance.

Known for her attention to detail, honesty, and strong work ethic, Megan approaches every transaction with professionalism and genuine care. She believes listening is one of the most important parts of being a successful REALTOR®, taking time to understand each client's goals before developing a strategy tailored to their needs. Whether negotiating on behalf of her clients or helping them prepare their home for the market, she is committed to protecting their best interests from beginning to end.

Outside of real estate, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, Josh, who is also a REALTOR®, and their two young children, Rowan and Wren, along with their German Shepherd, Moose. She loves reading, gardening, landscaping, photography, hiking, traveling, and hosting gatherings for family and friends. Although she has traveled across much of the country, Megan believes there is no place quite like the Smoky Mountains. The beauty of the mountains, the welcoming people, and the strong sense of community continue to make East Tennessee the perfect place to call home.
